Why Join CrossFit Kids?
Ultra CrossFit is excited to bring back CrossFit Kids, a fun and engaging 8-week program designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence for children aged 9–13. In a supportive and energetic environment, kids will develop lifelong habits of health and fitness while having a blast!
Small Group Focus: With only 8 spots available, each child receives personalised attention from our experienced coaches.
Active and Fun: Age-appropriate workouts combine play, exercise, and skill-building to keep kids excited about staying active.
Build Confidence: Through achievable challenges and teamwork, kids develop resilience and self-esteem.
Foundation for Lifelong Fitness: The program emphasises functional movements that support healthy growth and development.

When: May 1st - June 19th (8 weeks, school weeks 2–9)
Day: Thursdays
Time: 4:00pm - 4:45pm
Ages: 9-13 years old
Cost: $150 for the term
